50% matching up to $250 – This bonus is for initial deposits of $100 or more. It is geared towards regular players and requires 200 PKR Points for each $1 of the bonus.

All bonus requirements must be cleared in 60 days to earn your bonus, except for the “$50 Free” bonus, which you have 90 days to clear. You earn PKR points by playing in ring games and tournaments. In ring games PKR points are awarded based on how much money you put into the pot. Multi-table Tournaments
PKR has new multi-table tournaments running about every 15 minutes, with daily buy-ins of up to $55. Many of these tournaments have guaranteed prize pools, so the fields are large enough to compensate for this.
The largest weekly tournament is the $25,000 guaranteed Sunday Classic with a buy-in of $71.50. Once a month this $25K tournament gets replaced by the monthly $100,000 PKR Masters event with a buy-in of $270.

Ring Games
PKR only offers two types of ring games, but this allows the games they do offer to fill up quite well. The hold’em games are offered up to $10/$20 blinds with games usually filled up to at least $5/$10. Omaha has games up to $5/10 with usually a table filled at each level. The players at PKR can be loose, with average pot sizes usually up to 10 times the big blind. PKR does not offer a player’s per flop statistic, so it is hard to gauge how loose the players really are.

Software and Graphics
PKR’s software is what sets it apart from the industry, and is how PKR has succeeded where many other new poker sites have failed. PKR was the first poker room to offer state of the art, 3D software, with many unique options such as player emotions, chip tricks and more. PKR allows you to build your own character, similar to how you would in a video game. As you earn more PKR points you can unlock more clothes and chip tricks for your character as you build them into the player you want to be. The software offers many camera angles from which you can watch the game, as well as many different detailed background settings.
The only negative with the PKR software is that the hands take a while to deal, which means you won’t be able to play as many hands per hour as at other poker rooms with less sophisticated software.
Competition
It’s hard to tell what the competition is like at PKR because they do not show the players per flop statistic in their lobby. It would be safe to assume that not many pros play at PKR just due to the fact that they can get in more hands per hour at other poker rooms.
